Against Animal Cruelty Tas attempted to present David Llewellyn, Tasmanian Minister for Primary Industries and Water, Police and Emergency Management and Energy, with a duck's corpse found left for dead at Moulting Lagoosn during duck hunting. Shooting has been banned in other states, and it has been predicted there will thus be record

numbers ofshooters in Tas, with duck numbers at their lowest in 25 years.
